The image shows Class 10, 30 MB/s. However, the part shipped was Class 6, 20 MB/s. The part number on the box was the same as listed in the listing so I am not sure why the image and description are wrong in the listing. I also note that there is a second image in the listing that shows Class 6, 20 MB/s -- not sure why there would be both and different. Sending it back and getting "SanDisk 16gb Extreme 30MB/s Edition SDHC High Performance Card" instead. Hopefully, this one is as it is advertised.
I recently purchased a new Canon EOS Rebel Ti2 with video and used a normal SDHC card. When taking video you would get about 10 seconds then it stopped to save to the card. With the new card...it will continue to record video until you stopped. Great SDHC memory card.
30MB/second is great for even the highest quality cameras on the market right now. Reading and writing photos is instant, and transferring gigabytes of video is lightning fast. A card of this speed is well worth the price if you like to shoot many photos quickly and/or take a lot of video like I do.
